This fruity and lightly acidic balsam is heavy with all the typical flavour notes of a classic gin and tonic.
At its simplest it’s perfect mixed with sparking water and garnished with citrus slices and mint leaves, for a long, non-alcohol aperitif.
Mix with Vermouth, Campari and plenty of ice for a rather special negroni.
And, when everything is possible, drizzle over salad, fish and fresh berries. The only limit is your imagination!
