An ancient variety grown in the Lattari mountains between Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, Spunzillo tomatoes taste as interesting as they look. A kind of cherry tomato with a pointy tip, they have an intensely fresh taste. Great as a starting point for any traditional Italian recipe and they can be enjoyed sliced, and served with creamy Burrata. Here, they are immersed in their own juice - Italianavera have preserved all of their natural goodness without sacrificing any of their intense flavour.
