Sentito’s Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards of between 5 and 20 years old on alluvial soils in the Veneto region. The vineyards are mainly south and south-west facing at altitudes of between 200 and 300 metres. On arrival at the winery, grapes are soft pressed followed by fermentation at controlled temperature of maximum 18 degrees.
