A superb single vineyard Soave Classico. Soave ‘Vigneto Colombara’ has a straw yellow colour with emerald highlights. It has an intense yet delicate bouquet. Wonderfully crisp and clean. Great on its own or with fish or light, white meat dishes. 70% Garganega & 30% Chardonnay. Hand harvested from a single vineyard. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented using stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
